LVF has designed over ten acres of award-winning construction across five building sites within Clear Creek Tahoe. The architecture of each luxury estate is grounded within the dramatic setting of the Sierra Nevada. Every landscape is tailored to the individual homeowners, with examples ranging from a deck above a subterranean basketball court to a procession of terraced landscapes, all while offering cross-seasonal outdoor enjoyment. LVF’s designs are always informed by the inherent qualities of the properties, optimizing views from the interior to the surrounding mountain ranges and ravines, crafting legacy landscapes for generations to come.
