LVF is designing over 10 acres of new construction across 5 building sites within Clear Creek Tahoe. The goal for each luxury landscape is to ground the architecture in the dramatic Sierra Nevada context while offering cross-seasonal outdoor enjoyment for the homeowners. Every landscape is tailored to the individual owners, from building a landscape deck above a subterranean basketball court to a procession of terraced landscapes that unfold a series of family-friendly activities. The intervention is always informed by the inherent qualities of the sites, such as optimizing views from the interior to the surrounding mountain ranges and ravines. Each Clear Creek property is crafted to be a legacy landscape for generations.
